I moved to the Bitterroot Valley because I wanted a different kind of life. I wanted mountains I could actually get to, a community where people know each other, and space to breathe. I found all of it here — and I've never looked back.
What I didn't expect was how much I'd love helping other people make the same move. Over 16 years, I've worked with hundreds of out-of-state buyers — from California, Washington, Texas, Arizona, and beyond — and watched them build lives here that they couldn't have imagined before they arrived.

I do video walkthroughs that actually show you things
I've been doing video walkthroughs for out-of-state buyers for years. I narrate what I see honestly — the good, the concerns, the neighborhood feel. You'll see what I see, not what the listing photos want you to see.
I coordinate everything remotely
Inspection scheduling, well and septic testing, contractor access, title coordination — I handle it all. You don't need to fly out for every step. Most of my clients close after one or two trips.
I'm not in a hurry
